Last updated: September 9, 2026
By using VideoStreaming.net, a service of Virtualtronics SAS, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
VideoStreaming.net lets you create and broadcast scheduled video channels on your screens. The service provides the scheduling and synchronization; we don't host the video files, which play from third-party platforms you link.
2. Your content and its licenses
You are responsible for the content you schedule and for holding the rights and licenses needed to show it in public. Virtualtronics SAS is not responsible for the use of unauthorized content.
3. Accounts and plans
- You must provide truthful information when creating your account and keep your credentials safe.
- Paid plans are billed per channel according to the plan you choose. You can change or cancel your plan whenever you want.
- The free plan may include a watermark and usage limits.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that violates the policies of the video platforms used.
5. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or external causes. The service is provided "as is", without implied warranties beyond what the law requires, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
6. Privacy and data
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy policy. You can request deletion of your information following the Data deletion page.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the terms in force.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia.
