At Virtualtronics SAS we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use VideoStreaming.net, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.

  • Account data: your name, email and the information you enter when creating your channel.
  • Channel content: the schedule and video links you set up. We don't host the video files.
  • Contact data: the details you send us through the site forms (for example, an order or contact request). We never ask for or store card details on this site.
  • Usage data: technical information about how the site is browsed and how your channels and screens are used, to operate and improve the service.

2. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember preferences and measure its use.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel: we use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This may involve third-party cookies from Meta.

You can manage or reject cookies from your browser settings, and adjust personalized advertising in your Meta account settings.

3. What we use your data for

  • Provide the service: keep your channel on air and in sync.
  • Handle your order, contact and support requests.
  • Measure site usage and the effectiveness of our campaigns.
  • Improve the product and safeguard its security.

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with those who help us run the service, and only for that:

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers, who process the data on our behalf.
  • Meta Platforms, through the pixel, for measurement and advertising.
  • The service that delivers the site forms to our email.
  • The video platforms you link (for example, YouTube), subject to their own policies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. When deleted, some data may be retained temporarily due to legal or administrative obligations (for example, billing).

6. Your rights

You can access, update or delete your data, and object to its processing, by writing to us at soporte@videostreaming.net. To request deletion of your account and your data, follow the instructions on Data deletion. You can also close your account whenever you want.
