What is a channel?
It's your signal: a schedule that plays the same on all your screens at the same time. A channel can run on one screen or forty; you're billed per channel, not per screen.
Why per channel and not per screen?
Because a business with several locations shouldn't pay more to show the same thing on all of them. With one channel you turn on every screen you need, at no cost per screen.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything works from the browser. Open your channel's page on any screen, computer or TV with internet, and you're set. There's also an installable app.
Do you host my video?
We don't host files. We store the schedule and play from YouTube, Vimeo and other sources you already use. That's why screens are unlimited.
Does the free plan have an expiry date?
No. The Free plan is truly free, no card and no expiry. It carries our watermark; whenever you want to remove it, you upgrade to Pro.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes. You upgrade or downgrade whenever it suits you. If you stop paying, your channel simply switches off; you don't lose your setup.
