At VideoStreaming.net (a service of Virtualtronics SAS) we respect your privacy and your control over your information. If you want to request the deletion of your personal data or the data tied to your channel, follow these instructions.

Data you can request to delete

• Personal information registered on the platform (name, email and contact details).
• Your channel data: schedule, time slots, playlists and content links (YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, MP4, HLS or images).
• Linked screens and devices (including the VideoStreaming Screen app).
• Support ticket and billing history.
• Technical records, logs or settings.
• Your full account and related services.

How to request deletion

Send us an email at soporte@videostreaming.net

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include in your message:

1. Full name or account name.
2. Email associated with the service.
3. Data or services you want to delete.
4. Related channel(s) or identifiers.
5. The confirmation: “I authorize the permanent deletion of the indicated data.”

Response time

Your request will be handled within 24 to 72 hours.

Important: Deletion is irreversible, and some data may be kept temporarily for legal or administrative reasons (for example, billing).
